The Global Naturefriends Day, on September 19, 2020, was celebrated this year by the Naturefriends of Olomouc in a very special way.

Equipped with garbage bags and gloves, 14 volunteers met at the Morava river and explored their home stream. The approximately 4 kilometer walk along the Morava river was not only healthy for the participants, but also for the banks of the river. As a contribution to the campaign "Clean up Czechia!" the 14 volunteers collected about 25 kilos of garbage. A considerable amount of waste, which fortunately is now in containers and no longer on the fields and banks around the Morava river.
