The Naturefriends Rouen have been proud owners of a plot of house surrounded by a orchard meadow since the 1970s. Since then, the members of the local group have been producing the traditional cider - the typical apple wine of the Normandy - using their own apples. All of them help with the collection of the apples, the production and finally the bottling of the cider - this gives them an insight into the traditional crafts of the region. Finally, the joint project also strengthens the community.
