The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation GDPR), Austrian Data Protection Act and Austrian Telecommunications Act. 

In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of the photo competition:

The organiser is responsible for the compliance, management of the photo competition and data processing. The data collected will be required and used exclusively for the purposes of the photo competition. The data is required in order to be able to send any prizes to the winners. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

In the event of a win, contact will be made via the e-mail address or telephone number provided when submitting the photos.

The following data will be processed:

In the event of a win: address data for sending the prize. The data will be stored for a maximum of 6 months after the end of the photo competition (announcement of the winners and sending of the prizes) and then deleted.

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you, as well as the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing of such data or to object to processing. Contact: office@nf-int.org

You have the right to have your uploaded photo deleted at any time. Send an email to office@nf-int.org, include your name and email address and your photo will be deleted.
