The local group Lozio has been supporting the community of Balaka in southern Malawi since 1999. Thus, premises were created which are available to the local community for meetings and other activities - following the example of the Naturefriendshouses. 

The project also includes constant logistic and bureaucratic support to the Malawian band called Hallelujah Band, that tours Italy every year to raise funds and collect other useful items to support their community.
